Paper Vineyard is presenting its first Home Spun Holidays at the Vineyard event. This is a three-day event that includes six classes, four meals and one crop with a dessert bar. There are prize drawings through out the weekend and joyous memories as you create books, cards, ornaments and more to capture your 2010 Christmas moments. There is a daily class designed and taught by Stephanie Ackerman. In addition, Glitz Girl Designs will be here and two local artists Jean Bradsher and Dana Edwards. The guest designers/instructors all bring their own unique and strikingly beautiful projects to life for you. This is a great way to treat yourself before the drama and work of the holiday season take over our day-to-day lives.

Friday Dec 3rd Home Spun Classes


PV Holiday Mini Book
Designed and taught by Stephanie Ackerman
Class is 1p-3p, Class Fee $40
In this class, we will create the fun and festive chipboard book using the Teresa Collins Noel Line. This book can be kept together and displayed as a mini book or separated into individual ornaments to hang on your tree!


Christmas Cookie Recipe Book
Designed and taught by Dana Edwards
Class is 3p-7p, Class Fee $35
We will be creating this Christmas Cookie Recipe Book using paper bags, lots of Christmas ribbons, goodies and embellishments showcasing the beautiful TINSEL & TRIM patterned paper from The Girls Paperie. A simple book binding stitch will hold it all together. There will be plenty of tags and pockets to hold your favorite Christmas cookie recipes. Perfect for gift giving or a holiday keepsake.

This day will also include one meal (for full weekend participants) and open cropping from 9am - 1pm. Open cropping is for anyone taking a class this day.
